An experienced team manager looking to lead our YPT team.
What the job involves
Managing a team that works with young people aged 14-18 who are looked after. The role involves completing joint assessments for homeless individuals aged 16+ and working with Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC). Understanding issues related to contextual risk, which involves harm occurring outside the home, is beneficial.
