Who You Are
An experienced Deputy Team Manager in Safeguarding/Child Protection with previous roles as an Advanced Practitioner or Deputy Team Manager. Proven track record in legal proceedings, legal frameworks, such as Public Law Outline and Court Work, with comprehensive understanding of young people's journey.
What the job involves
Supporting the Team Manager and a social work team of 8-10 social workers. Analyzing and minimizing risk, supporting positive change, decision making, chairing meetings, and working with multi-agency partners. Responsible for recruitment, induction, and professional development of team members. This role is non-caseholding and requires presence in the office at least 3 times a week.
