Who You Are
You are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, particularly those leaving or who have left care. Your focus is on improving outcomes and managing service reputation while adhering to national and departmental procedures.
What the job involves
This role involves providing advice and support to care leavers, assisting with Pathway Plans, promoting family contact, coordinating services, maintaining information on care leavers, supporting health and well-being, and working with various agencies. You will attend meetings, ensure accurate data entry, manage case expenditures, and contribute to service development.
