Who You Are

A dedicated professional with a strong understanding and commitment to supporting pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You have experience working within educational settings, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.

What the job involves

You will support settings, schools, services, and families in applying a graduated approach to meet the needs of pupils with SEND. You will coordinate the statutory assessment process, manage Education, Health, and Care planning, and ensure statutory timescales and quality customer care standards are met. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external partners, attendance at annual reviews, and active participation in panel meetings. You will also contribute to service policy development and address appeals and hearings.
