You possess a deep understanding of UK legislation relevant to Children and Families, and demonstrate excellent communication, assessment, and interviewing skills. You are committed to delivering high-quality customer service and working in partnership with diverse individuals and organizations.
What the Job Involves
Your role is to lead and ensure the highest standards of social work practice, particularly in safeguarding, child protection, and risk management. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing complex cases, chairing high-risk meetings, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. You will also contribute to strategic development, manage budgets responsibly, and ensure operational processes are followed.
