What the job involves
The role involves carrying out criminal compliance enforcement activities across regulatory service functions, including inspections, surveys, and investigations into complex breaches of trading standards legislation. You will prepare reports, conduct interviews, and give evidence in court. The job requires enforcing relevant legislation and participating in health promotion initiatives. You will also contribute to strategy development, policy formulation, and provide technical assurance on Trading Standards practices.
