You are a qualified Social Worker passionate about contributing to the delivery of effective Adult Social Care services. You are committed to promoting the welfare and improving outcomes for individuals. The role involves operational delivery of Adult Social Care services as part of the North Team within Sefton Council. Responsibilities include conducting high-quality assessments and creating support plans tailored to the needs of vulnerable people.
