What the job involves
In this role, you will work as part of an integrated team to deliver personalized social care services within the legal framework of the Care Act 2014. Duties include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, supporting duty functions, undertaking complex assessments, and participating in safeguarding processes. You will provide supervision to newly qualified social workers, submit funding applications, and engage with community forums to promote positive social work. Additionally, you will communicate complex assessment information, provide social work support to adults and their carers, and handle a flexible workload, including occasional evening and weekend work as needed.

- Strong understanding of The Care Act 2014 and other relevant frameworks
