What the Job Involves
As a Social Care Worker, you will provide tailored care and support to adults at risk, ensuring their needs are fully met in accordance with their support plans and risk assessments. You will assist with personal care, monitor service users' progress, and contribute to activity planning. Your role involves maintaining accurate records, administering medication, and ensuring the safe transport of service users. You will also be responsible for using lifting equipment safely and handling potential incidents or emergencies appropriately.
