What the Job Involves
Officers will manage the progression of homelessness applications, requiring active contact with applicants, making informed decisions, and coordinating referrals to partner agencies. Responsibilities are in line with the stipulations of the Housing Act 1996 as amended and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
