What the Job Involves
Your role involves independently handling a caseload, conducting community care and safeguarding assessments, and undertaking statutory duties relating to safeguarding concerns. You will provide critical support and information to individuals and families, aiding their access to services and balancing needs and risks with rights and choices. You will be liaising with various teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care planning and seamless service delivery, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to court proceedings as required.
