What the Job Involves
This role involves managing, coordinating, and developing an efficient and effective customer-focused administration service within a designated area of Children's Social Care. The position requires providing professional guidance to business support staff, ensuring the quality and confidentiality of information managed, and supporting senior management in service coordination and improvement initiatives. Regular responsibility includes financial transaction processing, budget management, mail processing, and participation in policy development groups. Additionally, the role requires contribution to the recruitment, selection, appointment, and training of staff while ensuring adherence to Health and Safety and Data Protection regulations.
