What the Job Involves
The role requires you to manage a complex and varied caseload, deliver high-quality assessments and support plans, and contribute to the effective delivery of the Vulnerable People Service. You will undertake safeguarding investigations, collaborate with multi-agency teams, and participate in court hearings. Additional responsibilities include mentoring social work students and ensuring compliance with legislative and professional standards.
