What the Job Involves

The role involves working as a pivotal member of the Prevention Team within the Children's Services Directorate. You will assess, plan, and deliver targeted interventions aimed at diverting children at risk from criminal activities. Your responsibilities include managing caseloads, coordinating with statutory and voluntary sector partners, participating in professional meetings, delivering one-on-one and group sessions, supporting children in exiting prevention services, and ensuring confidentiality and high standards of practice.
