What the Job Involves
This role involves providing effective administrative support across Children’s Services, ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. Tasks include maintaining records, managing diaries, processing data, and procuring services. You will support the work of other administrative staff and deliver advice on administrative issues. Additionally, you will manage financial transactions, organize events, and ensure the filing system is up-to-date. You are expected to apply your knowledge to meet deadlines and contribute to decision-making processes.
