What the Job Involves
The primary purpose of this role is to manage confidential administrative support for the Business and Operations Manager and staff at a full-time Adult Education Centre. Responsibilities include supervising administration staff, maintaining accurate data capture systems, and ensuring the completion of documentation and records according to standards. You will support customer service efforts by providing information and guidance to students and manage various clerical duties while adhering to health and safety standards. Additionally, you will ensure financial documentation is accurately processed and reported, and provide business support to managers and other staff.
Skills
- Adequate numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in relevant IT skills and software packages
- Experience in administration support, clerical duties, and customer service
- Ability to manage a busy office and prioritize multiple tasks
