Who You Are
You are an experienced Business Support Officer with strong financial administration skills, particularly adept in using SAP. You ideally have prior experience in Commissioning and are looking to contribute to the Children's Services Contract and Commissioning team within the Alternative Provision Service.
What the Job Involves
This role as a Senior Business Support Officer (Grade 4) involves arranging a wide variety of educational and social care placements and managing financial processes related to contracts. You will support the finance aspects using the SAP system, liaise with LCC finance and procurement departments, and ensure adherence to commissioning standing orders and audit requirements. You will also manage and report on placement and contract management data, assist Contract and Commissioning Managers, and perform other administrative duties as required. This is a 3-6 month initial placement, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week on site at Cunard Building, Liverpool Waterfront.
