Who You Are
As a Senior Practitioner, you have extensive experience working directly with vulnerable children and young people in high-risk situations. You are skilled in managing and supervising staff and have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by young individuals in difficult circumstances.
What the Job Involves
The role involves developing, delivering, and coordinating preventative strategies within a Youth Justice Service. The aim is to reduce reoffending and support young people at risk of involvement with the justice system. You will be required to directly supervise a number of staff and support team managers in the operational arrangements to deliver and improve services. Additionally, you will work directly with children and young people who have complex safeguarding requirements.
